Artwork Guidelines
 
 

Files are to be supplied in the following Specifications for PC


Preferred File Formats

  • Illustrator AI is the preferred format
  • Photoshop PSD for raster (bitmap) images
  • Indesign INDD
  • Adobe PDF (Acrobat 5 PDF 1.4 or above)

Acceptable File Formats

  • TIFF
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • EPS
  • PS

Raster (bitmap) Files

Minimum 150-300 dpi at full size for all raster (bitmap) images.

Colours

  • CMYK process
  • PMS Colours should be retained for corporate logos, brand colours etc

Fonts

Convert all fonts (text) to outlines.

Accepted Media

CD, DVD, E-Mail (up to 20Mb Zipped or PDF), Upload via our FTP site (contact us for login and password details).
Please include all fonts and/or raster (bitmap) images with the artwork.

Die Cutting and/or Vinyl Cutting

Illustrator EPS with all fonts (text) outlined

Proofing

  • All artwork should be accompanied with a colour hard proof or a soft proof PDF
  • Include all PMS colours, sizing and/or other information relevant to the job
