Files are to be supplied in the following Specifications for PC

File Formats

StyroArt will only accept files from the following programs

• Illustrator CS5 or earlier .AI, EPS
• InDesign CS5 or earlier saved as a PDF or EPS
• Photoshop .PSD, TIFF, JPEG (Max quality) for raster images
• Acrobat PDF

File Creation

Where possible Artwork should be created at full size. If scaling is required art must be supplied at either 25% or 50% of actual size.

IMAGES AND LOGOS

In order to obtain high quality output, we recommend image resolution should be 120 dpi at the actual finished size.

Ensure to embed images or supply linked image files.

StyroArt will not accept individual files over 500mb.

All logos should be supplied in vector.

Colours

Files should be supplied with Pantone solid coated colours.

If a specific colour is required a Pantone colour must be supplied.

Some Pantone colours will be matched to the closest CMYK equivalent.

Files supplied with CMYK colours cannot be guranteed of correct colour output.

Fonts

Convert all fonts to outlines or supply fonts in separete folder.

Accepted Media Formats

Files can be emailed if under 20mb, large files can be uploaded to the StyroArt server.

Proofing

• All artwork should be accompanied with a PDF or colour printout of final artwork layout.
• A proof will be emailed for approval before going into production.
